Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the website at sensei.dev (the “site”) or join our waitlist. The site is run by Sensei (“Sensei”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

We are in the process of incorporating a company, which we expect to register in Singapore. When that happens, we will update these terms to name the company, and it will take over our rights and obligations under them.

The site describes products that are still in development. Features, plans, models and prices shown are indicative and may change before launch. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, and no contract for our products is formed by using the site.

When our products launch, using them will be subject to separate customer terms that you will be asked to accept at the time.

Joining the waitlist is free and does not commit you or us to anything. It does not guarantee access, a launch date, a particular price or a place in any queue. You agree to give accurate details and only to sign up yourself or someone who has agreed to it.

You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing contact@sensei.dev. We handle waitlist details as described in our Privacy Policy.

When using the site, you agree not to:

• break any law or anyone else's rights;
• submit false, misleading or harmful information, or spam the waitlist;
• try to access areas of the site or systems you are not allowed to;
• interfere with the site's security or performance, including by introducing malicious code; or
• scrape or copy the site in bulk by automated means without our written permission.

We may block access to the site if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

The Sensei name, logo, design, text and graphics on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content or branding without our written permission.

If you send us ideas or feedback, for example through the waitlist message field, we may use it to improve Sensei without owing you anything for it. Please do not send confidential information this way.

The site may mention or link to third-party services, including AI models and their providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a mention does not mean they endorse us or we endorse them. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. Information on the site is general and is not legal, compliance or professional advice.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Because the site is free and makes no commitments, our total liability to you in connection with it is limited to SGD 100.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

We will update these terms when our company is registered, when our products launch and whenever else we need to. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last updated. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
